His facial features, complete with beard and flowing hair, are plainly visible in the blackened patches. There is still debate whether the image truly represents the Son of Man, or if it actually shows comedian Billy Connolly. But customers at India Dining, in Esher, Surrey, believe it was no coincidence that Jesus ‘appeared’ on Monday night – 10 days after his birthday.
