At least according to Christian radio broadcaster Harold Camping :
Harold Camping is confident it’s the end of the world as we know it. He’s prophesying the rapture of the Church on May 21, 2011 at 6 p.m.If Camping is right, that gives us less than two days to eat, drink and be merry—and, of course, preach the gospel to the lost. But few are buying into the “Judgment Day in May” hype as Camping has presented it—and some in the Body of Christ are vehemently calling him out as a false teacher.
Whatever your beliefs, it is at least a good excuse to watch NMA’s peculiar brand of avatar news video which is usually a sight more accurate and informative than the usual talking heads.
NMA have the following on the story :
Mark your calendar. Judgment Day is coming! According to Christian radio broadcaster Harold Camping, May 21 is the Day of the Rapture.
Are you ready? Camping’s followers are! They are closing out bank accounts, selling their homes and leaving their spouses.
On May 21, the Elect get called home to heaven. As for the Left Behind, well, sucks to be you!
Man, it sounds like the Elect have a lot to look forward to.
As for the Left Behind, they can look forward to fire and brimstone for their remaining days on earth.
Feel sorry for those heathens around the world. They get to suffer earthquake, floods and all sorts of calamities.
The world will finally come to an end five months later. Kind of makes you wonder, why is the world here in the first place?
Having watched the video, I am intrigued as to why Adolf Hitler seems to sharing a cloud with Jesus (around the 50 second mark in the video below) as you can see on this screengrab :
Now, I am left wondering who the other are supposed to be other than Michael Jackson in the centre possibly? Any better ideas and who is the guy on the far left?
