Spotted by one of the Waspsnests Estonian co-conspirators, the following video demonstrates Russian police techniques (if the guy won’t get out of the car then try and drag him out) as well as some of the people who had their cars damaged getting a few punches and kicks in while helping the police subdue the offender.

From the damage and general mayhem he must have been very drunk or completely nuts and looking at his condition at the end of the video it would appear that several minutes of beating were edited out.
